Harvest Fest & Grand Opening of The Farmhouse

Join us on Saturday, October 6th (from 12-3pm) for a fun-filled day to celebrate the Grand Opening of The Farmhouse at Durham Farms!
The newly-built Farmhouse is an expansive amenity center and home to a state-of-the-art work out facility; community swimming pool with splash pad; outdoor deck and lounge area; free wifi work café; community conference room; game activities area; and, a full-time in-house Lifestyle Director – there to organize community activities among neighbors throughout the entire year.
We’re celebrating big with a full lineup of LIVE performances by:
Food & Desserts
There will be food and drinks for all with a FREE BBQ Lunch, Fall Treats, Kettle Corn, themed beer and cider, and Oktoberfest-themed beer and cider tasting.
Exciting Family Activities
Bring all the young members of the pack to check out our Petting Zoo, Bounce House, Video Game Truck, Pumpkin patch, Pumpkin Decorating & over $1000 in prizes!
We’ll also have a local vendor market area with several of our favorite vendors, trolley rides, and shuttle services through the neighborhood.
