Getting in that holiday spirit is easy when you live at Durham Farms. There are lots of local holiday events to keep you and your loved ones merry and bright.
HENDERSONVILLE FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS
Take a sparkly spin at the Hendersonville Festival of Lights December 5-31. Grab the family and hop in the car to see incredible light displays 5-10pm daily at Memorial Park.
ICE ICE BABY: JINGLE BEAT NASHVILLE
Now through December 31, lace up those skates, meet Santa, and discover a dazzling holiday multi-verse adventure of fun at Jingle Beat Nashville. How does over 100,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor adventure featuring interactive installations, a projection-mapped outdoor ice-skating rink, immersive laser, Christmas lights & video spectacles sound? There will be yummy, curated food and cocktails too. Sounds like a perfect date night or family night to us! Other holiday fun in Nashville includes The Opry Country Christmas now through December 22, the Nashville Holiday Handmade Market on December 10-11, and Nashville’s Big Bash New Year’s Eve Live on December 31st.
ZOOLUMINATION AT THE NASHVILLE ZOO
Wander through the 3 miles of Zoo walkways to see the beautiful display of over 1,000 custom-made silk Chinese lanterns. From mythical beasts to beautifully constructed animals and colorful scenes, these lanterns are sure to leave you in awe. As your walk comes to an end, the grand finale is the North Pole Village, which will be complete with holiday themed lights, trees and even Santa! While Zoolumination will be happening now through February 4th, the Holiday themed lights are only up until December 24th.
ENCHANT AT FIRST HORIZON PARK
Hallmark Channel presents Enchant at First Horizon Park! The World’s largest Christmas light maze and village hits Nashville this year and they’ve come prepared with four million lights in a unique and magical maze. This event is fun for the whole family with live entertainment, a 100-foot tree, Santa visits, and a village marketplace with crafts, holiday treats and cocktails. Make your outing extra special with add-ons such as ice skating and a personal elf tour! Be sure to check out their website to see special offers and visiting information before you go.
HOLIDAY LIGHTS AT CHEEKWOOD
Cheekwood Estates and Gardens will be aglow this year with an elegant and creative light display along their 1-mile walking path. Holiday LIGHTS is full of sparkling interactive features, such as a s’mores bar stations and a 20 foot tall poinsettia tree! The “Merry and Bright” package has it all with two adult passes, two drink tickets, and two s’mores kits all in one. Stop by at some point now thru January 8th to start a dazzling new tradition with the ones you love.
