April 13th, 2016

Hendersonville, Tenn. — Durham Farms, a new Vital Community™ in Hendersonville, is excited to announce that four builders are now pre-selling homes. The residential community will include more than 1,000 homes set on 472 acres in one of Tennessee’s most desirable locations.

“We are thrilled to partner with some of the top builders in the country to create Durham Farms,” said Suzanne Maddalon, Vice President of Marketing for Freehold Communities, the developer of the community. “Our builders will emphasize quality and value as they help us create a community with authenticity, individuality and lasting character.”

Durham Farms’ distinctive builders include:

  • Celebration Homes
Designs will feature three to five bedrooms with a focus on flexible main-floor living. Homes range from 2,350 to 3,050 sq. ft., with two- or three-car garages and storage space. • Drees Homes
Two distinct collections will be offered on 50-ft. and 70-ft. home sites, with a wide range of floor plans and exterior designs. Homes range from approximately 2,000 to 3,500 sq. ft., three to five bedrooms, with three to four baths. Home prices: $305,500 – $345,000 for 50 ft. lots; $428,000 – $482,700 for 70 ft. lots.
