1. Tell us a little bit about where you were born. Where did you spend your childhood?
We were both born and raised in Mumbai, India, the city that never sleeps.
2. What brought you to Middle Tennessee? How long have you lived in this area?
It was Aaron’s work that brought us across the globe to the beautiful city of Hendersonville. He works as the Lead Software Architect for his company.
I quit my globe-trotting job of a flight attendant so that we could take a leap together and embark on this new journey to the US.
We’ve been in Hendersonville for 4 years.
3. What initially attracted you to the Durham Farms community? Why did it feel like a good fit for you?
It was by sheer chance that we drove into this community while exploring the city and something just felt right.
A month and a half later we had the keys to our new home.
We truly believe that this community has great potential to becoming a very vibrant neighborhood and are proud to be part of this journey.
4. How does living at Durham farms square up with your professional life? Do you work nearby? Tell us a little bit about your commute.
Aaron works in Nashville and the commute is not too bad, at least that’s what he says.
5. What are your favorite personal pastimes, or weekend experiences? Do you have any recently discovered recommends?
Weekends are generally to unwind and relax, watch a movie, meet up with friends, check out new places and work on DIY projects. We also love being around the lake.

6. Is there anything you particularly miss about India?
We do miss our family, relatives and friends, the street food, the night life and the daily hustle and bustle of Mumbai.

The quiet and beautiful neighborhood, awesome neighbors & the well-organized community events.
