Homebuyers today are looking for more than just amenities. They want a community built with an emphasis on outdoor recreation and fitness, including activities for the entire family. Run on the trails, swim in our report-style pool, and enjoy a year-round schedule of activities.
The Durham Farms® community is different. We’re custom built to flourish, grow and foster relationships. Our “Vital Communities®” approach is focus on five areas:
Nothing says “A Community Connected” better than the front porch. From there you can shoot the breeze with a neighbor, call a friend across the street, or holler supper for the kids. The front porch represents a place where neighbors care about one another. Building lifelong friendships and strengthening the bonds of family — that’s what front-porch living is all about.
Although you’re minutes from Nashville and all it has to offer, Durham Farms captures the best of small-town living. You’ll see kids riding their bikes around the neighborhood. Retail shops will line the street leading to the village green, which also happens to be the perfect spot for a picnic. The pace is slower, people are friendlier, bonds are stronger and life is better.
