Meet Your Neighbors: The Bradley Family

September 9th, 2021

More than ever, the heart of Durham Farms is about people. Our friendly community in Hendersonville attracts many people looking for a sense of connection, sophisticated living that’s down to earth, and a sense of endless joy inside and out. Meet your neighbors, The Bradley Family. They are pretty darn cute! Stephanie Bradley and her son Ethan James moved to Hendersonville last May during the craziness of the pandemic. She was born in Ohio, and then her family moved to Indiana, Pennsylvania, and then Long Island, New York. “Since we moved around a lot growing up, I still love meeting new people and experiencing new places! Long Island was really cool…we only lived an hour from the city!” In the summer of 1994, they moved to Tennessee. Then in 2020, Durham Farms charmed her and Ethan, and they decided to put down roots here. “I love being in this neighborhood! This picture of my son and me was taken in October of 2020 on my front porch!”

The Bradley’s favorite things about Durham Farms
“My favorites things are the beautiful homes and amazing people! I love how on nice, sunny days you can see families sitting out on their porch enjoying the weather. Everyone has been super friendly and kind!”

What they love most about living at Durham Farms
“One of my favorite things about our David Weekley home is that it has gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows. Also, I am a single Mom, and I am meeting other single Moms in the neighborhood. It is so nice to have others you can relate to! I think Durham Farms was meant to be!”

Their favorite events include the Durham Farms Cares Meetings. “I started going to Durham Farms Cares meetings, and I have really enjoyed giving back and meeting new people. I have met more of my neighbors, and we raised over 4,000 items for the Sumner County Food Bank! It was awesome helping out, and we even got to attend the packing day. I am looking forward to the upcoming yoga classes too!”

Their favorite amenity is the swimming pool. “My son and I have swum at the pool many times and love that it is walking distance from our house.”
